Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Arol Capital ("Arol Capital", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit arolcapital.com (the "Site"), book a call with us, communicate with us, or engage our advertising creative services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is maintained by Arol Capital to answer common privacy questions about the Site and the Services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Information you provide directly. When you book a call, contact us by email, or sign up for the Services, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and any other information you choose to share with us.
- Client materials. If you engage us, you may share brand assets, product information, copy, customer-facing materials, and access to advertising or analytics accounts. We treat this material as confidential and use it only to provide the Services.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. We receive limited billing details such as your name, billing email, the last four digits of your card, and transaction history.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call through our scheduling provider, we receive the meeting details, your responses to any intake questions, and the email address you used to book.
- Automatically collected information. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Analytics" below).
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, and improve the Site and the Services;
- respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and communicate about engagements;
- produce, deliver, and revise creative deliverables under an engagement;
- process payments and manage billing;
- send administrative messages about your account, the Services, or changes to our policies;
- send marketing communications about our Services where permitted (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Site, detect fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service; and
- comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
3. Legal Bases
Where Canadian privacy law or other applicable law requires a legal basis to process personal information, we rely on: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business in a manner that is not outweighed by your privacy interests; and compliance with our legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors that help us operate the Site and the Services, including hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, scheduling (e.g., Calendly), video hosting (e.g., YouTube), and payment processing. These providers may access personal information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
- Advertising platforms. When we deliver creative assets, you remain responsible for uploading and deploying those assets on platforms like Meta. We do not share your end customers' personal information with advertising platforms on your behalf unless your engagement explicitly says so.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
- Business transfers. If Arol Capital is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the Site functioning correctly, and understand how visitors use it. Some cookies are strictly necessary; others help us measure traffic and improve content. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
6. Embedded Content
The Site embeds video content from YouTube and a scheduling widget from Calendly. When you interact with these embeds, the providers may collect information about your device and your interaction with their content under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. Canadian residents may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. International Transfers
Arol Capital is based in Canada. Our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the one in which you reside, including the United States. Where required, we take steps to ensure that transfers of personal information are subject to appropriate safeguards.
11. Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
